Explained simply What is SEO What happens The levers The guards Data and Switzerland The proof Pricing Social media No guides section? Guides Questions Check my website

For any business with a website

On Google it is
always the others
at the top.

That is almost never about your price or your work. It is because your website does not answer the questions your customers type in. Someone searching “what does a new front door cost” lands on a competitor, because they have a page about it and you do not.

Tevorian writes those pages for you. Every month, automatically, on your existing website. You learn nothing and operate nothing.

from $290 per month no new website required cancel monthly

Watch it for a minute.

This is exactly what Tevorian does on your website every night. On the left are the questions being decided. Search queries fall in from the top. Whatever gets through becomes a guide. The rest is thrown out, and that is the whole point.

How Tevorian worksSearch questions fall in at the top. Only what genuinely holds up comes out.

Explained simply

What you just watched.

At the top, the questions people type into Google fall in. Each one has to pass three checks. Most fail. What survives becomes a guide on your website.

Check 1

Does this fit your business?

Someone searches “windows with a grant”. You fit windows but do not advise on grants. So the topic is thrown out. You never get a page about something you do not offer.

Check 2

Are there real sources?

Without sources nothing gets written. No invented price, no made-up regulation, no figure nobody can verify. If Tevorian finds nothing solid, the topic is shelved.

Check 3

Does the reader gain anything?

There are already a thousand texts about front doors. Before writing, it has to be clear what this one does better. A better example, a clearer calculation, an honest answer. Otherwise no text.

In brief

What is SEO, and why should you care?

SEO stands for search engine optimization. The words sound technical. The idea is simple: being found when somebody needs exactly what you do.

Step 1

A customer types something into Google

They usually do not know your company name. They type their problem: “refinish or replace hardwood floor”.

Step 2

Google looks for the best answer

Google does not put the prettiest website first. It puts the one that answers that question best.

Step 3

Today your competitor has the answer

They have a page for exactly that question. You have a home page and a services list. So they sit above you.

Step 4

That is what Tevorian reverses

Tevorian builds those pages for you. Not one, but new ones every month, always for the questions your customers actually ask.

What you get out of it

Enquiries you do not pay per click for

An ad costs money on every click. Switch it off and it goes quiet immediately. A good page on Google is still there next year and keeps bringing enquiries without charging per visitor.

Google says it plainly: paid ads do not improve your unpaid ranking. One does not replace the other.

What you have to do

Almost nothing

We connect Tevorian to your website once at the start. After that you get the occasional short email with a single question, such as “do you also advise on grants?”. You click yes or no. That is it.

No software, no dashboard, no training, no homework.

What demand turns into

1,284 questions become four guides.

A simple AI tool turns every keyword into a text. Here almost everything is thrown out. What survives is genuinely worth reading.

0

questions on Google

Everything people type in that could relate to your business. From your own Google and Bing figures.

Real numbers, not guesswork

0

worth pursuing

For some questions the big portals are so far ahead that you will never catch them. Those are left alone.

No chance, no work

0

actually fit you

Every question is checked against what you really offer. The rest is thrown out, however many people search for it.

Does not fit, does not exist

0

say something new

Before the first sentence it must be clear what this guide does better than the ten that already exist.

Nothing new, no text

Researched, reviewed twice, published in your design. Afterwards we check the page really opens.

Checked first, then finished

Where the topics come from

Tevorian does not guess. It looks it up.

Google and Bing keep free statistics for every website. They show what people searched for, how often your page appeared and whether anyone clicked. Tevorian reads those figures plus twenty more sources, and it remembers the trend, so one bad day causes no panic.

Google already keeps most of these figures for your website, free of charge. You only have to grant us access once. The two dashed items are optional: if you would rather not share your visitor statistics, everything else still works.

what people typed into Google how often people clickedhow often you were shown how many of them clickwhich position you hold which page shows for which question phone or computerwhich country they search from how Google displays you whether Google knows your page the same figures from Bing faults Bing reports who links to you similar questions how often it is searched worldwide your website as visitors see it the index of your website links between your own pages your visitor statistics how fast your site loads

Nine possibilities

Not every problem is solved with another text.

If your page is not being found, there are nine possible reasons. Most tools know only one answer: write another text. Tevorian finds the reason first and then does the thing that actually helps.

01

The page is broken

It does not open, sends visitors nowhere, or shuts Google out. While that is true, not one more sentence of text will help.

Repaired, not papered over
02

Google does not know the page at all

It exists, it is good, but it is nowhere in Google's directory. Then nobody can find it. Tevorian makes sure it gets listed.

Get found first, improve second
03

The text Google shows is unappealing

Your page is shown often but hardly anyone clicks. Usually it is the headline and the two lines Google prints underneath.

Change one thing, measure, undo if needed
04

Two of your pages compete with each other

You have two pages about the same thing. Google cannot tell which to show, so it shows neither properly. A third would make it worse.

One topic, one responsible page
05

Your good page is hidden

It exists, but none of your other pages links to it. Google then treats it as unimportant. Tevorian adds the missing signposts.

Signposts to where people are searching
06

The page is there but weak

It says the same as a hundred others. Then it gets improved instead of a second one being built beside it.

Improve first, build second
07

You have no page for this question

Many people ask it, it fits you, and you have nothing about it. Only then is a new guide written.

Asked for, and missing from your site
08

Nobody links to you

When another reputable website links to your guide, it works like a recommendation. Tevorian finds suitable sites and asks each one individually. Nothing is ever bought.

Asked politely, never bought
09

This time, better nothing at all

Too few numbers, too uncertain. Then nothing gets touched. Better to wait a week than to optimise a working page into the ground.

When in doubt, wait

Scroll or swipe sideways

An example you can follow

Ten steps just to change one headline.

Say your page is shown often but rarely clicked. Others rewrite the headline and hope. Here is how it runs instead, so that afterwards you know whether it helped.

01Which question gets no clicks?
02Enough numbers? If not, stop here
03Write one new headline
04Does it match what the page says?
05Change only the headline, nothing else
06Save the old version
07Put the change on your website
08Check it really says that now
09Measure again weeks later
10Got worse? Put the old version back
Why only one thing

Otherwise you never learn what worked

Change the headline, the text and the pictures at once and you get a result with no explanation. Tevorian changes one thing and measures it.

Your most important pages

Your home page is only touched with very good reason

Pages your business lives on are protected. Nothing is touched there until the numbers are genuinely unambiguous.

Reversible

Everything can be undone

Before every change the old version is saved and every step noted. If it gets worse, it goes back. No discussion.

Continuous monitoring

Twenty-two things that can be broken on a website.

The best text is worthless if the page cannot be reached or Google is not allowed to read it. Tevorian checks every day. Whatever is clearly broken and safe to fix gets fixed straight away.

secure connectionredirects to nowheresecurity certificate the headline Google showsthe text under the headlinethe page's main heading duplicate addressesGoogle locked outpage set to invisible the site indexoverview of indexeslast changed date language versionslinks between pagesdead links pages buried too deeppages nothing links toduplicate text extra details for Googleaccidentally public pages whether Google knows the pageloading speed
A common mistake

Two of your own pages on the same topic

Over the years most businesses accumulate two or three nearly identical pages. Google then cannot tell which to show and ends up showing none of them near the top. Tevorian spots this, decides which page owns the topic, and does not simply build a fourth.

Signposts in your own house

Links between your own pages

If none of your pages links to a good guide, Google treats it as unimportant. Like a shop with no signs: the goods are there but nobody finds them. Tevorian looks for missing signposts and puts them in.

Four checks, three before and one after

Why no junk text gets written here.

Google explicitly warns against websites that publish masses of text with no value. It can even hurt you. AI is not the problem, useless text is. So there are four checks here: three before anything is written, and one on the finished text. Any one of them can stop everything.

Gate 1

Does the topic fit you?

Topics come from your Google figures, from gaps against competitors and from old pages that are fading. Each one is checked against what you actually offer. Whatever does not fit is thrown out.

Gate 2

Are there real sources?

Research comes first, writing second. At least one usable source is mandatory. If the second attempt finds nothing either, the topic is shelved. Nothing is invented, not prices, not regulations, not figures about your business.

Gate 3

Does it give the reader something?

Before writing, one sentence has to state what this guide does better: a clearer explanation, real numbers, better examples, an honest comparison, or simply a more current picture. If nobody can name it, no text is written.

Gate 4

A second review

A second, independent program reads the finished text. It can approve it, demand changes or reject it outright. Any source it cites must be one that was actually found during research.

The two fixed rules

If it does not fit you, no text. If it says nothing new, no text.

These are not good intentions, they are rules built into the process. If either is missing, nothing gets written. A keyword alone is never enough.

Your look

New pages look like your website

One of your existing pages serves as the template. Menu, fonts, colours and footer are carried over. Your visitors never notice a page was produced automatically, because it looks like everything else you have.

After publishing

We check that the page is really there.

Many systems report “done” the moment a file is saved. Tevorian then opens your website in a normal browser, exactly as a customer would, and checks eight things. Only when all eight are right does the article count as finished.

Seven things that happen together

  • the guide itself
  • entry in the site index
  • entry in the guides index
  • overview of all indexes
  • the guides overview page
  • the displayed article count
  • the news feed

If anything goes wrong, all of it is undone. Your website is never left half finished.

Eight checks from the outside

  • Does the page open?
  • Is the right headline there?
  • Does it show in the overview?
  • Is the article count right?
  • Is it in the site index?
  • Is the change date right?
  • Is the index overview right?
  • Is it in the feed?

Only when all eight are right does the article count as delivered.

Three messages to the search engines

  • Google receives the index
  • Bing receives the address
  • Bing receives the index
  • notification via IndexNow

Each message is acknowledged separately. If no confirmation arrives, it is tried again later.

Recommendations from outside

We ask politely. We never buy.

When another reputable website links to your guide, it works like a recommendation from a colleague. Tevorian finds suitable sites and drafts a request. Nothing is sent until you have approved the exact wording.

Thirteen routes we take

Who we ask

  • trade media
  • editorial resource pages
  • podcasts
  • newsletters
  • expert requests
  • associations
  • partners
  • studies
  • research pitches
  • curated lists
  • reputable directories
  • events
  • educational partners
Five things that simply are not possible

What we could not do even if we wanted to

  • buying links
  • networks of fake sites
  • spamming other people's comments
  • listing in a thousand directories
  • secret link swaps

These are not checkboxes somebody could tick again later. The functions do not exist in the program. Google punishes such tricks, and that would hit your website, not ours.

Data and privacy

Purchased market data. And your data stays in Switzerland.

Two things that separate us from cheap AI tools: we buy professional search data instead of guessing, and your data sits on Swiss servers. Where that does not hold, we tell you.

Purchased market data

We pay for numbers others guess at

Google only shows what people searched for on your website. What the whole market searches for is not in there. So we additionally buy search data from a professional provider, the same kind large agencies work with.

That data shows how often a term is really searched each month, how strong the competition is and which questions hang off it. We carry that cost, it is included in your monthly price. Simple AI tools do not have this data and estimate instead.

Swiss data protection

Your data is held in Switzerland

Tevorian runs on servers in Swiss data centres. Your access credentials, your search figures and every text written for you are stored and processed here.

To be straight with you: for the wording of the texts we use an AI service in the United States. The request goes there, the draft comes back. Your data is not used to train their models, and no customer records, credentials or passwords are transmitted. Everything else, meaning analysis, decisions, checks, storage and publication, happens in Switzerland.

We work under the Swiss Data Protection Act and, if you also serve customers in the EU, under the GDPR. Credentials are stored encrypted, every step is logged, and you can ask us to delete everything at any time.

Never resold

Your figures stay your figures

We analyse your search data solely for your website. It is never pooled with other customers, never resold and never used for advertising.

No hidden commissions

You are the customer, not the product

You pay a monthly amount and that is our entire revenue from your account. No provider commissions, no recommendations we get paid for.

No lock-in

You can leave whenever you want

Every text sits on your own website, in your own design. Cancel and it all stays. Nothing to migrate, nothing to buy back.

Your safety

What Tevorian may do on your site and what it may not.

A program working on your website by itself sounds unsettling at first. So exactly how far it may go is fixed. Nobody can loosen those limits afterwards, not even us.

Separated areas

Tevorian gets a very narrow key

The part allowed to write on your website is tightly sealed off. It may touch exactly the files that were approved beforehand and no others. Everything is backed up first, every step is logged, and everything is reversible. It cannot reach your customer data, your accounts, your payments or your user logins.

A fixed ceiling

It cannot cost more than agreed

You pay your monthly amount and nothing else. Behind the scenes everything runs against fixed ceilings, and part of that is reserved for your guides, so the actual work is never eaten up by analysis. No extra invoices, no surprise at month end.

Learning with limits

It learns, but it does not rebuild itself

Tevorian remembers which headlines work for you and which topics produced results, and does more of that next time. What it cannot do: grant itself new rights, switch off safety limits, or send anything outward without your approval.

The only thing you have to do

An occasional email. Two buttons. Done.

Plenty of people search for window renovation grants. Tevorian can see the topic sits close to what you do. Whether you actually offer it is something only you know. So it asks, in plain English, with two buttons.

No jargon, no commands, no menus. You read two sentences and click. For anything that goes outward, you see the exact wording first.

Tevorian

Do you offer grant advice for window renovations?

There is real demand. The topic sits close to your services. Only this one business question cannot be decided by the system.

Your three options

Buy a tool, pay an agency, or have it done.

Good SEO platforms can do a lot today. Somebody still has to operate them, and that somebody ends up being you or one of your staff. That is the difference.

SEO software

about $39 to $550 per month

You get numbers, advice and sometimes draft text. Then you sit in front of it deciding what is right and what to act on. Most of these subscriptions run unused after three months.

The work stays with you

Tevorian

$290 to $590 per month

Connect once, then it runs. Finding topics, researching, writing, checking, publishing, measuring. You answer a short question by email now and then.

The system does the work

SEO agency

$1,500 to $8,000 per month

People work for you. Agencies charge $150 to $250 an hour and a basic retainer for a small business starts around $1,500 a month. For a rebuild that is money well spent. For the ongoing monthly work it is four to twenty times the cost.

People work for you

The most common objection

“But I don't even have a blog.”

We hear this almost daily, and it is the normal case. We do not call this section a blog, by the way, we call it Guides. A blog is about you, a guides section is about your customers' questions. That is what we build for you, once, in your existing design. After that, Tevorian fills it.

What we do not promise

What we do not promise you.

Anyone guaranteeing you position one or promising to triple your revenue is not telling the truth. Here is what we definitely cannot deliver.

×No guaranteed number one

Google decides alone. Nobody can force it, no agency either.

×No guaranteed revenue

More visitors is an opportunity. Whether it becomes work depends on price and offer too.

×No hundred texts a month

We deliver two to eight. Every one has passed both reviews.

×No bought recommendations

We ask politely. Whether anyone links to you is their decision.

×No instant results

Google needs weeks to judge new pages. Anyone promising quick jumps is fibbing.

Common questions

What a business owner wants to know first.

If something is missing, just write it in the form. We answer questions that are uncomfortable for us too.

Do I need to understand SEO?
No. You only decide what Tevorian may do for your business. The ongoing search work is handled by the system.
What if I don't have a blog at all?
That is the normal case. We build the section once, in your design, with index, sitemap and feed. We call it Guides rather than a blog, because it holds answers to customer questions, not company news. Depending on the starting point $490 to $1,490 one time, included with Scale. See the cases in detail.
Do I need my own server?
No. Tevorian runs centrally and connects once to your existing website. Before the contract we check whether your system is suitable.
Does Tevorian just write AI text?
The text is one step out of ten. Before it come search data, chance assessment, the topic guard, research and the named information gain. After it come the second instance, publishing as a transaction, eight public checks, three notification channels and the later measurement of effect.
What happens if a change makes things worse?
The prior state is stored before every change. If the measurement shows a worse result, it is rolled back. Strategically important pages carry higher evidence requirements from the start.
How fast will I see results?
Search engines do not react instantly. New pages have to be discovered and evaluated. That is why measurement runs over weeks and months. What you see immediately are published and publicly verified articles.
Who owns the articles?
You do. They are created on your website, in your design, and remain your property, including after the contract ends.
What data does Tevorian need from me?
Read access to your free search data accounts at Google and Bing, plus a tightly limited path for publishing. No access to backend, customer data, payments or user accounts.

Everyone on the bus is staring at their phone. What are they looking at?

Social media posts. 5.66 billion people use them, close to seven in ten, for an average of two hours and twenty-three minutes a day. Your customers are among them.

What you get

Three ready-made posts per guide

As soon as a new guide goes live on your website, Tevorian writes three posts from it: one for Facebook, one for Instagram, one for LinkedIn. Each tailored to that platform, because each one is written differently.

How you do it

Copy, paste, done

You get a link on your phone. It shows the text, a copy button and a five-step guide. Which button, in which order. Even if you have never posted anything before. Time needed: under two minutes.

Why you post it yourself

Because it is your business

We could do it automatically. We deliberately do not. A post from you reads differently than one from a service provider, and you keep control over what appears under your name.

What it does for you

People who would never have found you otherwise

On Google, only people actively searching find you. On social media you also reach the ones who are not searching right now but remember that you exist. When their boiler fails six months later, your name comes back to them.

And the posts cost you nothing extra. They are included in your monthly price, because they come from a text Tevorian has already written.

No social media at all?

Then we set it up

A Facebook business page, an Instagram business account, a LinkedIn company page. With profile picture, cover image, description and the first posts. After that it is yours, with your own login details.

See what it costs.

One-off setup

Building your social media.

Same as with the guides section: one-off, and afterwards it belongs to you. We calculate openly in hours so you can see what you are paying for.

One platform

$390

You choose which. Page created, profile and cover image set up, description written, opening hours and contact details entered, two opening posts published. Around 2.5 hours.

All three

$890

Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn together. Instagram is set up properly as a business account and linked to the Facebook page, otherwise features are missing later. Around 6 hours.

All three with images

from $1,490

Additionally a photo session at your premises, images prepared for all three platforms, and six posts ready for the first weeks. From 10 hours.

Reviewing and fixing pages you already have: $190 per platform. Includes correcting details, images and account links.
